Built for Long-Term, High-Volume Production
The RSP is our largest concrete plant. Four inline aggregate bins feed a collecting conveyor and an inclined belt to the mixing tower. Cement comes from silos by screw conveyor, and cement, water and admixture are each weighed separately. Discharge at 4 m lets transit mixers load directly.
The modular structure can be arranged to suit the shape of your land and any buildings already on it.

RSP-30 With Planetary Mixer for Block Making
We recently installed an RSP-30 fitted with our in-house Planetary Pan mixer to feed a concrete block making machine. The planetary action gives a uniform, consistent mix and short cycle times, and it handles the different concrete recipes that block and paver production needs.
The plant was laid out under a shed to work directly with the block machine.
