Compact Concrete Batching Plant (RCP Series)
Drive the transit mixer in, fill it, drive it out. The RCP lifts the mixer onto a raised platform with a 4.1 m discharge height, and fits seven output levels into a footprint small enough for crowded sites.

Compact Footprint, Truck-Height Discharge
In the RCP, four aggregate bins feed an inclined belt conveyor that runs up to the mixing platform. The mixer sits high enough for a transit mixer to park directly underneath. Cement, water and admixture are weighed separately before they enter the mixer.
The plant stands on an RCC bed instead of a deep foundation, and its compact layout lets it work where a full stationary plant will not fit.
