A Mid-Size Plant That Sets Up Fast
The RCMP lines up its aggregate bins in a row (inline), drops the weighed material onto a collecting conveyor and sends it up to the mixer. Cement, water and admixture each have their own weigher. That separate weighing is what lets the RCMP hold mix quality across long pours.
It is modular, so it can be assembled and dismantled for the next project without cutting or re-welding. A mobility arrangement can be added if you plan to move it often.
