CONCRETE BATCHING PLANTS · RMP SERIES

Mobile Concrete Batching Plant
(RMP Series)

Complete the PCC foundation, install and calibrate the mobile plant, connect power and water lines, and the plant is ready for load trials.

The RMP Series is engineered as a fully integrated plant mounted on a single heavy-duty chassis. It incorporates aggregate and sand storage bins, a cement hopper, mixer, admixture tank and a centralized control panel, delivering a compact yet comprehensive solution for efficient concrete production.

OVERVIEW

What Is a Mobile Concrete Batching Plant?

A mobile concrete batching plant weighs and mixes aggregates, cement, water and admixture on a frame that can be moved from one site to another. You get plant-quality concrete at the point of use, without building a foundation or waiting for ready-mix trucks.

The Rockmix RMP is our full-size mobile plant. Every component sits on one chassis, and with the optional tyre axle a tractor can tow it between sites.

KEY FEATURES

Why the RMP Series is the Go-To Choice for Site Teams

Complete plant on one chassis

Nothing to assemble at site except levelling and power connection.

No deep foundation

Install quickly on firm, level ground.

Tow it with a tractor

Optional tyre axle for easy relocation between nearby sites.

High-quality Pan mixer

A heavy-duty Turbo Pan mixer gives an even mix batch after batch.

Precise weighing

Accurate aggregate weighing, with a flow sensor for water, keeps mix proportions right.

Fully automatic PLC panel

Simple operator screen; the panel runs the batch sequence.

Compact footprint

Fits city plots and narrow project sites.

Low running cost

Energy-efficient drives and easy-to-reach wear parts.

Built for hard sites

Works on hill roads, island locations and other difficult sites.

HOW IT WORKS

How the RMP Makes Concrete

Side elevation, RMP Series

Side elevation drawing of the RMP mobile plant: two aggregate bins with conveyors, central pan mixer and control panel on a chassis with tyres and support legs
  1. 01

A loader fills the 3 or 4 aggregate bins.

  2. 02

Aggregates are weighed and carried up the aggregate conveyor to the mixer.

  3. 03

Cement moves from the integrated cement hopper through a screw conveyor.

  4. 04

Water is metered by a flow sensor; admixture comes from the built-in 100 L tank by pump.

  5. 05

The Pan mixer blends the batch, and the PLC times every step.

  6. 06

Concrete discharges centrally into a concrete pump, a dumper, or a transit mixer through the optional load-out conveyor.

DISCHARGE OPTIONS

Two Ways to Take Concrete Out

RMP-20 central discharge feeding a concrete pump on site
Central discharge

Straight into a concrete pump

Place the line concrete pump under the central concrete discharge point, and it pumps the concrete either horizontally or vertically.

RMP plant with an inclined load-out conveyor for transit mixer loading
Optional load-out conveyor

Into a transit mixer

The optional conveyor lifts concrete to transit mixer height, so the plant can feed trucks for nearby pours.

FAQ

RMP Series: Common Questions

At rated output, an RMP-20 makes about 20 m³ an hour, or about 160 m³ in an 8-hour shift. Real output depends on loader speed, pour rate and site conditions.
